Weed facts can be quite interesting take for instance the mentioning of weed in the Bible. Even though there are no direct cannabis quotes in the Bible, there are verses, which might support the taking of cannabis. Verses like Genesis 1:29, which states: Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.’ Likewise, you could read Matthew 15:11, and Romans 14:13-17, and conclude that God does in fact approve of the smoking of cannabis in the Bible. Although these passages are not quite the same as exact weed facts, you could see these verses as certain personal proof and approval.


Weed facts: does the Bible also show another picture?

Weed facts on smoking cannabis in the Bible can however point to a different conclusion. Of course, weed, or cannabis is not specifically mentioned in the Holy Book, yet some verses might speak of moderation when consuming drugs like alcohol. An example of a verse where restraint is encouraged is Proverbs 23:20-21: ‘Be not among drunkards or among gluttonous eaters of meat, for the drunkard and the glutton will come to poverty, and slumber will clothe them with rags.’ You could also look at Romans 13:13, or Proverbs 20:1, and come to the same conclusion. Not quite, weed facts, but examples, which can be used for proper cannabis usage.


Weed facts open to interpretation

As the Bible only alludes to the proper use of cannabis without ever mentioning it, it is up to you to decide how to interpret these verses.
